The Residence is located in the neighborhood of S. Erasmo, in the heart of the important medieval village of Gaeta, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, just a few steps from the tourist marina of S. Maria.
Our guests choose us because they love staying in the heart of the historic center, rich in restaurants, bars, clubs, and typical shops, as well as precious churches and monuments.
Our panoramic terrace, Regina Sofia, is highly appreciated, overlooking the village and the entire Gulf of Gaeta, offering pleasant emotions at all hours of the day, a magical place to enjoy a drink and an aperitif.
Once parked in our facility (not a minor detail in Gaeta), taking our elevator, you can comfortably reach the promenade along the seafront.
Easily reachable on foot, by bike, by boat, or by car are also the seven beautiful beaches of Gaeta located in various points of the territory.
A short walk away, on the Riviera di Ulisse, are also the magnificent trails of the protected area of Monte Orlando Park with its spectacular cliffs.
The Residence offers various types of recently renovated rooms equipped with comfortable beds, air conditioning, TV, safe, and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Free private parking for cars and motorcycles (one vehicle per room) is available upon reservation, subject to availability.

The first in 1987 was the Camino de Santiago. It crosses 5 Mediterranean countries (Turkey, Greece, Albania, Tunisia, and Italy) along a route that in Italy involves 6 Regions: Puglia, Sicily, Calabria, Campania, and Lazio.
